Well I called them and I thought this was a legit service but I was wrong. Before I start I want to say I didn't lose 70$ I was told to pay money to fix it. I just recently bought the Samsung S4 from at&t. and I couldn't find out on how to turn it on or off so I tried calling at&t and see if they knew anything about it. but I was asked to insert the last 4 digits of social security card (im hooked with my uncle on this one so I didn't know it). so I gave up and I looked for samsung support number and I saw techzilla i thought I oughta give them a call
1. she didn't tell me her name
2. she wanted my e-mail address (which I did not give) and my last name
so I interrupted her and said I just want to ask a simple question
so I told her and then she said did I plug it into my Laptop I replied yes to see the if there where any updates and that was the only time. and then she asked is my wifi was working and then i knew something was up and now after reading the reviews i know why. So basically they told me I needed to send it to a support agent and im like hell no ill ask at&t and then they pulled the whole entire "appointment card" come on its at&t. so I said thank you and goodbye
so beware guys
