I thought I was talking to Avira software company to help me install internet security. They used scared tactics to convince me thatI had been hacked and that they could install for $199 a lifetime anti hacking software. When they were in my computer trying to fix it the computer crashed. I tried to call the number and extension. It did not exist. They did try to call me the next day to finish the job. But after reading so many complaints. I cancel and I am working on disputing the charges. Never use them.
