I also requested a 'sample' of this product for price of shipping. Now have been charged $192.00 for month's supply which I have not received. Was told 'no refund' but my husband talked with Ryan Cooper ( probably alias due to Indian accent) and was told $60.00 refund. This is not acceptable. No notice that this would happen. NO supervisor was called when requested. Reading other complaints verifies for me this is a SCAM and that many people are affected.
