This this goes to show you how long I have been trying to get my money back. Totally False advertising - Not just with the Bra but with the Return Policy. I ordered the Genie Bra May 2nd - The bra's did not show up until June 27th - over the the 5-6 week they stated. Then they were the WRONG SIZE, so I call and asked for a return label, they at that time said they would send the correct size - I informed them that I was no longer interested in the bra since it was not what they advertise - this is definately NOT a bra for a Full Figured woman. Guess what . . . . they did not send a return label instead they sent the more bras. I refused the order and asked for a return label again. After several e-mails & phone calls I finally received a return label August 4th. Finally today since I have not received a credit for the bra's, I called just to find out that they will only refund $59.99 when I asked why Jim & Chuck both said that the could only refund the bar not the shipping and handling. NO where does it state the shipping & handling will not be refunded. The commercial (May 2011) states if you are not competely satisfied just return the product for a full refund - that would led me to think a complete refund - If I had know it cost $25.98 to stuff bars' in an enevelope I would of just waited until the "Just as See TV" store carried them. I believe this company is a complete scam - Look how long it's taken me to try and get a refund and I still have not receive one. Now Jim stated 5-10 business days - Chuck (who said he was a supervisor) said 3-5 business days and I should see a credit on my card. As you can see one if not both are lying. I really think this company should be brought to the attention of some one who can help and expose them for the corrupt scam they are getting away with.

  • The Same thing happened to me! I live in Canada and they charged me 59.99 for 6 bras and 25.98 for Processing and Handling and another 12.00 for Non-Continental shipping surcharge, and when I received my package from UPS there was and additional C.O.D of 39.99 so in total my order was 137.96...USD. When I continued to process my shippment they DO NOT show you the full price of the shipping and handling charges until you press accept! if I knew i would have been charged almost 80 dollars in shipping I would have never bought it! I am completly unsatisfied with GENIE BRA and be sure that I will be posting this on every site I can find including Facebook, Myspace, Twitter etc!!! Fraud Company!!!
