Complaint 257689 Details

6/23 ordered bottle of suppliment under 14 day trial for cost of shipping of 4.87. Was charged 4.87 on 6/24. Did not receive product until 6/30 or 7/1 and took for the following week. On 7/8 I phoned to state I was not happy with product and did not want any additional shipments as I did understand that I would get automatic shipments. I also asked how I could send back unused portion to avoid billing for the product. I was advised by Jack that it was past the trial time so I was not able to avoid being billed for the 1st bottle and the second was about to ship but he would stop that one. I stated that I has not had the suppliments for 14 days and he stated the 14 day trial was from the date the order was placed. He chuckled and refused to refund my money for the initial bottle. He was snide and condescending and you could tell he was enjoying the fact that he swindled me out of my money. I have filed a complaint with the State of UT BBB and recommend everyone else to do the same. I will do more homework in the future.
