I purchased the Lipo Slender and started with 2 capsules per day. Recommended is 1-3. I am a coffee drinker but this stuff made my heart race to the point that it was scary. I thought it was a 30 day trial period. I called in and due to the heart racing, they gave me 50% refund. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.
