In attempt to change my address I received a receipt for $1.00 stating that's all the charges were to change my address. To my dismay I was charged $19.99 and when called I basically had to inform them that my move didn't go through and that I needed the address changed and the money refunded. Immediately the representative needed to speak other manager but the manager would only allow half of the money to be refunded and told me to call USPS. when i idi, USPS apologized profusely that I accidentally went through this scam of a "3rd party" but there was nothing they could do to refund it.
