From 8/2012 to 5/2013 my checking account was charged various amounts totaling $630.00. I contacted this company twice for help with my computer and never authorized any additional charges to my account. I have been trying to speak with a supervisor for over a month with promises to be called back which never happened. I was told to fax a letter explaining situation along with copy of bank statement still have not received any response.
