My Name is Kathy and I am writing this for my Client (Lola) because I was the one that worked on these camera's. My Client bought 8 camera's and half of them come with missing parts, such as the antena, cd, that was suppose to come with each camera that my Client recieved. So I proceeded to install the camera's on her computer. I got threw every step but the last step kept giving me a error. So we ( Client and Me) got ahold of the Tenvis support and he promised that the technical guy would get ahold of us (we tried threw phone and email). He never did. So I ended up contacting the internet provider to see if i could get the modem that the camera's said they needed. Got the run around with this step for 3 month getting help from them. ( the reason it took this long is that I " Kathy" only work 2 days a week for my Client) I put in a good week worth of technical support, trying to get these camera's up and running but in the end we had to give up on it because of the problems with the install of the wi-fi. They just would'nt connect.

  • I’m just curious why both Kathy (using an anonymous ID) and her client Lola report a complaint on the same website and Kathy as she claimed is writing for her. Why would a seller defending/explaining for her client’s complaint? As stated on TENVIS official website, working hour for TENVIS support applies Beijing Time (UTC+8) and US support hotline is no longer available. Kathy says she gave up give up on installing the camera “because of the problems with the install of the wi-fi.” This is not a problem with camera itself but actually a problem with router settings. In order to get the camera accessible from outside LAN, modifications must be made to router settings that is port forwarding to be precise. This is a false accusation. For example, can you blame your smartphone for not receiving emails when you haven’t even configured your email account in the first place? @scambook.com, Kathy’s complaint and Lola’s is obviously the same issue and isn’t it illogical and inappropriate to accumulative the reported damage? Oh, let me guess. When someone posts a new reply to this complaint, the reported damage would be $1,200? WOW, you guys are REALLY good at math. Can you claim yourself “as a neutral platform we bring together the consumer and the business to come to a resolution in a fast and fair manner?” I seriously doubt that because what you are doing is obviously in favor of the interests of your customers, which is also the very same source of scambook’s financial input. Many businesses have experienced the same confusion as I do. Let alone the notorious legal scandal that scambook has once engaged, here’s one of the many examples of how this company run a neutral platform for business and customer: http://www.scambookscum.com/. BTW, if you are looking for a final resolution, it’s always quicker and better to contact the company (TENVIS in this case) directly rather than post a complaint on a website that makes companies pay for removing claimed complaints.
