My son and I went together and bought a Tenvis JPT3815W IP Security Camera from someone on E-Bay. We received the Security Cameras in Jan 2013. We have been trying to program them onto my computer ever since. Last week I told the person working on them to just forget it.
We have contactedTenvis by phone three times and just got a recording to contact tech support by e-mail. I did this no one got back to use.
The person we bought them from on e-bay did give us a couple of other e-mails to try but to no avail. Now It seems like he has also dropped of e-bay. we just can't contact this company.

  • This complaint was Reported Damages of $400.00 while the price of the TENVIS JPT3815W IP Security Camera has never excceded a value of 100 USD in the us market neither on eBay nor on Amazon. Since the complaint-reporter said she only bought 1 camera, this acclaimed damage is definitely fake and scambook.com should be responsible for not looking into investigation and not demanding the reporter to provide related ducuments like proof of purchase and upload the complaint straight on its website. This looks really suspicious as a business scam to treat company to pay for scambook.com to remove such complaints regarless of its authenticity.

  • My Name is Kathy and I am writing this for my Client (Lola) because I was the one that worked on these camera's. My Client bought 8 camera's and half of them come with missing parts, such as the antena, cd, that was suppose to come with each camera that my Client recieved. So I proceeded to install the camera's on her computer. I got threw every step but the last step kept giving me a error. So we ( Client and Me) got ahold of the Tenvis support and he promised that the technical guy would get ahold of us (we tried threw phone and email). He never did. So I ended up contacting the internet provider to see if i could get the modem that the camera's said they needed. Got the run around with this step for 3 month getting help from them. ( the reason it took this long is that I " Kathy" only work 2 days a week for my Client) I put in a good week worth of technical support, trying to get these camera's up and running but in the end we had to give up on it because of the problems with the install of the wi-fi. They just would'nt connect.
