LABS offered to market vacation weeks for us. We sent money to a Banamex to cover maintenance fees. Apex Title & Escrow was to hold funds from us and the buyer of our weeks. We were then told that Mexico needed income tax and the Banamex needed a foreign currency transaction fees that the buyer would refund. After these funds were sent, we were told the buyer cancelled the deal and we would get our money back plus 50% of the money the buyer put into the account. Next we were told the account was frozen again and a new tax was due. I requested additional info about the account before sending this tax and all communication has stopped.
