Apex Title & Escrow LLC; 2307 7th Avenue, New York and Latin America Business Services, LLC were company names used to scam elderly couple from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The callers phoned them under pretext that they had a buyer for the Condo Time Share in Mexico. Charged them a number of up front fees, over a period of time. There were no buyers.
