We never signed up for this (useless) service. Much like the other working mom, I did not notice the monthly charge on my statement. I saw it but didn't realize it was a monthly charge until I decided to cancel my card. In the almost 5 years of being "signed up" for this service, which I was unaware of, I have NEVER used it! I know, I know...how is it 5 years, but in my defence it was a small enough charge (like an interest charge or service fee) that I overlooked it. This is a SCAM and I plan to fight for my money back. The Bay/HBC should be ashamed to be associated with this company (Coverdell Canada). I canceled my Bay card because of it.
