Ordered a bespoke wig and paid by paypal. The information on the Lacewigsbuy website kept showing 'funds pending'. AftI sent emails to the website asking for an explanation, giving my payal payments details,but got no reply. I then asked Paypal to investigate and they secured a refund immediately. What was strange was that I got a very wierd call from an abroad number and a Cantonese speaking person trying to ask for, what seemed to me, payment. I politely said I couldn't understand and that I was going to put the phone down. Very strange - do not trust this website.
