I sold an item on eBay, Number 190834586511. The buyer saw what he had bid on and then wanted to get a partial refund. I don't offer refunds. He put a negative remark on me and then contacted eBay to file a complaint that the item was not as described. eBay ruled in his favor. They gave the buyer a UPS label to mail it to me. My address of record is a PO Box. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. I called eBay to give my work address for delivery. UPS claimed they couldn't deliver it. Ebay reimbused the buyer $646 from my credit card. UPS sent it to EBay in San Jose. EBay then UPS's it to the buyer. I DON'T have the item AND I am out the cost oif the item. The buyer got his money back AND has the item. eBay says it is my fault for not going to UPS Corporate 20 miles from here to pick up the package when I had the chance!

Update: 06/19/2013

I called eBay last night and they took my address again & phone #. Just as a courtesy they said they would try to call the buyer and coax him to send it back as well as email him a mailing label. eBay said they cannot force him to send it back!

Update: 06/19/2013

When I started the complaint ebay said I had Seller Protection in case they item is not returned to me!
