I ordered my dress from TB Dress on the 17th of May. According to their stated production time of 10-12 days, I had plenty of time for my dress to arrive before my University Ball. when they had passed the production date I emailed them asking what was going on, and they replied saying that my dress was a very popular design, and was therefore taking awhile to be made. I then sent an email back saying that I needed the dress to be here before the 15th of June. I got an email back saying that it would definitely be here by then. When it got to the date where I knew my dress was not going to be here in time, I emailed them requesting a refund. I did not get a response for several days, and when I did get a response, it was to ask about the details of my dress, to which I told them that I had been requesting a refund for several days and no longer wanted the dress as it was not going to be there in time. several emails back and forth later they have offered me a refund of $10 (AUS).

They have also said that the dress was made "especially for me" even though I did not order custom sizes.

  • You should not have asked for a refund without reading refund policy. it is here http://www.tbdress.com/help/How-to-cancel-an-order-that-hasnt-been-paid-354.html#detail1/ the refund after 48 hours of order is very little. Be sure to read refund and cancellation policy.We understand that ordering an item for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order.Once the tailoring process has begun,the materials cannot be reused. read more from the link I gave you and hopefully you will have a foundation to ask refund. good luck
