I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday, feb 14, requesting delivery to West Lafayette, Indiana. The order was made on 13 of february , while i was aware of the Valentine's Day load of orders and chose the product mentioned on the site to be available for delivery this date. The flowers were never delivered, not on the next day and not the day after. I wrote three emails and tried to call the company, asking for a delivery update first and then for a refund, but nothing happened. I was charged for 79 $ on the day of the order, but neither the product, nor a response were recieved. I have applied two complaints on BBB after which Avas flowers promised to give me a full refund, which was never recieved. Today, June 15, 4 months after, they mailed me offering reward points, while i was absolutely clear that I am not interested in anything besides full money refund. This company's behaviour is unacceptable- it is a pure scam and i am sure many people have been and are being robbed this way. A legal suit must be registered against Avas and it must be closed.If there is any law process going on, I would like to join.
