I've had the same problem as the rest of the complaints against Saphire, except to add they billed me in duplicate the following month!!
***Also, PLEASE BE AWARE if you don't contact them they will send you refills EVERY MONTH at the cost of almost $70!!!!!!
However don't give up just yet...they are accepting my return (which I am doing today!). They will take FOREVER to answer the phone but it WILL GET ANSWERED. I was pi$$'d off and am totally OCD and wasn't going to put that phone down even if I had to let it ring around the clock! Finally a nice girl picked up and I found out I was on day 29 of the 30 day period they give you to return it...which meant I was going to be okay because you only need to get that number they require to return the darn thing and the. They give you another 30 days to get the pkg sent back to them.
Note: they will charge you (withhold ~$13 per filter opened, from your refund).
