I booked 2 tickets from LA to Chicago with this company online. I man with a heavy accent rang and asked me to confirm a small amount was made to my credit card account by checking with my credit card provider. Once confirmed I had to email the response. My reservation was then confirmed but three minutes later I received an email advising that it had been cancelled. This appears to be a scam. The email is outlined below.

Your reservation with Agency booking ID 63YRKW for travel between LAX and ORD has been cancelled on June 11, 2013.

Any charges debited to your card are being refunded except agency service fee. Please note that the agency service fee USD is non refundable and will be billed even if the booking is cancelled.

We make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, but in some exceptional cases or in case of debit card this may take one-two billing cycles before credit reflects on your card statement.

Please note the travel insurance you may have purchased with this reservation cannot be transferred to any new reservation and is non-refundable.
