I booked a flight thru them for 1400 USD. They charged my card within 5 minutes of online booking. I expected itinerary and seat numbers etc to be emailed. They would not send. I called them four times that day asking. They said any minute it would be in email. Then I decided to call airline. They said that airtkt had held a spot but had not paid them nor.booked it officially. Get email to call airtkt asap. They say airline had cancelled flight and to rebook. But would not refund money from a flight that they never booked and canceled. Then I look.on their site. Same flight. Same day time etc is available. 26 seats however it is now 400 USD more. When asking them why that is on 7th call they hang up. They won't refund money for a flight they never booked. Do not USE them NOR Eros tours or cheapfareguru.com all are owned and operated by same thieves.
