Was called on 3/5/2013 and offered a 60 day free trial listing that would automatically renew if I did not cancel. I told them that I did not want this to renew and for them to accept my cancellation. I also was told I would get the contract in writing. I never did receive a single item in writing. The next I heard from them was on 6/11/2013 when I was contacted by phone by their collection agency. I was told that I owed them $792.88 ($719.99 (year contract) + $10.80 (interest) + $40.00 (Administration Fee)). I know this does not add up, but I have no idea what the remaining $22.09 is for as it is not in the paperwork I asked them to fax me. Further more, the log in information they provided me does not actually log me in, so I have been unable to cancel my listing! I did ask them to cancel my listing but was informed that it is a yearlong contract. I was offered a reduced fee of $599 to cancel my listing and never be called by them again which I kindly declined. I even offered to pay for one month ($60) but they would have none of it and said I would be turned over to collections and my credit would suffer. That's that at this time!

Update: 07/15/2013

Talked with company again on 7/15/13 and was given a correct login user name, but was not able to remove my listing unless additional personal information is provided (which I am not willing to do).

Update: 07/15/2013

This company has said they cannot remove my listing since I am in a one-year contract -- unless I pay them off to cancel it :-). Result is they are selling my collection to a 3rd party which they keep reminding me will damage my credit rating.
