I ordered lean muscle x and test force extreme from juveneu on a trial basis for 1.99 introductery offer, after a month i decided to cancel the subscription.
They then offered me a deal for both products
for £25.28 a month to wich i agreed thinking i would try it for one more month because the cost was low.Towards the end of the second month i checked my bank statements and noticed that i had been charged £1.99 twice and £25.28 four times.I rang jeveneu customer service for an explanation, their response was the introductery offer of 1.99 was only for p&p for both products, evan though they advertise you get both for £1.99 inc.P&p.And because i accepted a reduced fee in the second month of £25.28 they explained that the first batch of lean muscle x and test force would be at that price too.So after spending £100 already i decided to cancel for good,this was'nt the end.After ringing them again i asked to cancel because i was'nt happy with the product or their service,after a few minutes i was told it was all dealt with and my subscription had been cancelled to wich i requested a cancellation email.My email came through and i thankfully thought it was over....until the following month i had a single £25.28 charge! I ring them again and ask why i had been charged to wich they said that i only requested one product to be cancelled and that the second product had been dispatched already.I did not want the product no more so they told me to send it back when it arrived and i would get a refund.When it arrived i refused delivery and the package wich was a tracked item (traceable) made its journey back.Another month passed and i checked my bank statement and realised that i had not recieved my refund, so yet again i ring jeveneu and exlpain that they owe me a refund now overdue.Their response....because i was'nt given BY THEM!! a product return number, they cant prove that the (tracked) item they sent, wich i returned ever got back.so not only have taken their product back they are going to keep my money too.My only chance now is to get royal mail to trace the product and show them the proof that they are nothing but thieves and conmen with fake pretences who sell products that dont even work!! To those who are thinking of buying LEAN MUSCLE X and TEST FORCE EXTREME,from JEVENEU DO NOT!! BUY THESE PRODUCTS!! THEY DONT WORK!! AND THEY WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!!
