Today I ordered a 1 month xbox live subscription and I expected a 5-10 minute delivery. I waited for 2 hours and there was no response. All I got was an email telling me to send pictures of myself and other personal things for verification and then they'll send me the link. I was obviously not going to do this and demanded a refund, but I am constantly being Ignored. I want my money back, however small it may be!
