I recently purchased a $20 Playstation Network Card from uk.online-gold.de via my Paypal account. Even though the stated delivery time was 5-10 minutes, I later recieved an email from them asking for photo identification, and a copy of my driving license to help verify and prevent fraud. I told them i did not feel comfortable in sending my personal details across and would very much like a refund. They persistantly avoided the refund and told me the form takes 5 minutes to complete. After the final straw I demanded a refund as I had not recieved my purchase and was not sending across personal details. They have not yet responded and show no signs of getting back in contact anytime soon.
