I filed for change of address with "www.change-my-address.com" the last week in May. They charged my credit card for $19.95 and did nothing as neither the post office of the new or old addresses was ever notified. It was a big mistake to use this phony service and they are the first site to appear on google when you type in change of address, so there are probably many people exposed to this phony site. I tried calling to the phone number listed on their site and the recording said, " your estimated wait time is 1 hour and 47 minutes". I guess I was a sucker for this scam, but they should be stopped.
