ON 4/12/2013 WE RECEIVED A CALL FROM A JAMES COBB ASKING IF WE WERE STILL INTERESTED IN SELLING MEMBERSHIP/TIME SHARE. WE SAID YES,AND TOLD HIM WHAT WE WERE ASKING. ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER HE CALLED BACK TO SAY HE HAD A PROSPECTIVE BUYER AND THEY OFFERED $14,000 AND THERE WOULD BE A 10% FEE AS OUR PART OF THE SALE. I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT IT BUT SENT THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT OF $1,400.00 ON 4/13,2013. ON 4/16,2013 THY SENT US A LETTER SAYING THEY HAD RECEIVED OUR PAYMENT AND THAT THEY WOULD KEEP IN TOUCH. ON 5/2/2013 THEY CALLED TO SAY THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING FINE AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL AGAIN ON 6/2/2013. tHEY NEVER CALLED, I TRIED TO CALL THEM AND THEY PLAYED A RECORDING TELLING OF TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. THEN I CHECKED THEM OUT AND THIS NOTICE IS WHAT I FOUND ON MY PC.
