I purchased a voucher for two canvas prints at $29/each plus tax. The voucher was to expire after a year and I ordered one print in early/mid-October 2012 and the other in early/mid-December 2012.
I had been in contact (both via phone and email) several times so as to inquire about the status of my order. Each time I was assured that they were, in fact, a real company and that they were just behind due to the volume of orders they had received. However, it has now been 6 and 8 months since I ordered the two prints and it appears that pixwraps has since shut its doors. Their website and customer service numbers are no longer in service.
I am extremely frustrated that I was scammed out of my hard-earned money and had so looked forward to finally having a wedding photo to display!
