I went on USPS.com to change my address and it clearly stated 1.00 for service and when i checked my statement this morning it had a 19.95 charged. Immediately i called the phone number and it said the Vmail was full...WTH! i thought the USPS site was secure.............OMG im so tired of all this scamming now its gonna take damn near a weak to get my 19.95 credited back..smh! criminals
