I had forgotten about the order until I saw my bank account had 99.67 taken out butt yet still no product I called they gave me a tracking # and said that's all they can do I called the post office with the #and all they could say was it went out on May 22 and the carrier could not remember one way or the other do to how many days back it was she also made a comment that there was something weird about how the company had a second out time in the computer of over half an hour later and my zip code was wrong on the package I called the company back and they refuse to take care of me properly and basically said I'm SOL
