I ordered and paid for two dresses at the end of March, 2013, with a latest delivery date for 22nd April. I had two weddings, one of which is to be my son's and wanted something extra special for it. The pictures looked lovely, so I went ahead with the order. After waiting and waiting and waiting, NOTHING. I have been on the on line chat many times, each with a different outcome. They have blatantly lied to me, telling me it was shipped, and even after me cancelling the order, one person said it was still in the factory. I told them I would be contacting the authorities and reporting them as fraudulent and a scam. I asked for a refund, (which I really didn't expect to see), and today, even two weeks after they said it had been shipped or cancelled, there was my money back in my account. Like another of the users of this site, I hope they do not use my details for anything else, and am going to change my card, just in case. A bit of a nuisance to do, but a wise decision, I believe. For others that have been scammed, keep on the on line chat and keep telling them they ar nothing but frauds, Regards, Jill
