I ordered a dress and it was delivered with a white mark across the top, approximately 4 inches long just at the top center across the breast. They have accepted responsibility saying the white mark is from their factory but they have REFUSED to provide return information. They have offered a $10 credit, and then a $15 credit if I will agree to keep this dress that is not wearable. They want me to try to clean it and keep the dress. Of course, if I attempt to clean THEIR MESS, it could do further damage to the dress and I am not willing to do that. They have said in e-mail that it's a mark from the factory but they still will not even provide a return address, much less any customer service whatsoever. I will never buy from this company and I suggest you don't either.
