I ordered a free sample of the Equinox day and night face serum. The charge was $4.95 for shipping. This was on 5/21/13 for a 14 day free trial. On 6/1/13 I checked my checking account statement and this ripp off company has charged my account with two amounts $89.00 and $99.00. I called to have this canceled and my money refunded, the customer service person said they could not refund my money because it was pass 14 days. I am not sure how these people count days but this does not add up to 14 days. If there is anything that can be done to stop these people from scaming and get my money back please let me know.
