My Tech help was contacted to fix a cracked screen on my computer. They said the cost would be $199.99. After they had my computer they said the $199.99 was only to diagnose the problem and the cost would be an additional $600 for the part plus labor. We told them this was not what we were quoted and that we knew and told them the problem. They returned the computer in Much worse condition then when it was mailed to them. What was a small cracked now blocked the entire screen. They after repeated calls refunded only $100 but kept the $99.99.
