Bought a voucher over there with discount price . Receive the bank statement 2 weeks later then I realize that I had been charged SGD99 on StreetDeal two days later after purchase. Try to contact the customer service but get no phone answer at all, good service btw.
And now only I realize that when clicking confirm to proceed payment on that website, there is a tiny sentence showing "By clicking Confirm, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed with the Terms & Conditions of StreetDeal
and its Subscription terms and I accept to be charged annually SGD99" on below of the button. That's really a brilliant method to trap people. Is it possible to get my money back?
