I thought it was the USPS site - somehow I was switched to changemyaddress.com. I was charged $19.95 for the same service the USPS would do for $1.00. I immediately cancelled the service. However, the $19.95 has not been refunded to my account and my calls and emails have gone unanswered. when I called today, I was told that the voicemail was full. I called back and I was told I had used up my "allowed number of calls" to this number. SCAM! I want my money back! Really angry about this.
