- I purchased 2 $200 Walmart cards in Aug. and when they didn't show up on time I requested my money back and within 4 weeks I had all my money credited back to my card. Can't say if it's a scam or not but if it's true they are in Canada they didn't have to return my money and their would have been nothing I could have done about it.
