I purchase two raising car seats on August 27, 2011. I was told initially that it would take about 3 weeks to get the seats. After the third week I contacted the company (HyperAutoParts.com) and the lady that answered the phone told me that it would take another week to get the seats. After the fourth week I called the 1-800 number back and the same lady answered the phone, actually I called 4 or 5 times and the same lady answered the phone. She finally sent me an email with a Fedex trucking number on September 30, 2011. Initially the trucking number showed a delivery date as October 4th, 2011. On October 5th I checked Fedex website and the trucking number didn't have a delivery date so I contacted Fedex. Fedex told me that the didn't receive the items from the company and that I need it to contact them. I asked Fedex how was possible for them to have a trucking number without giving them (Fedex) the inventory, she told me that the company placed a shipping request online and by doing this they received a trucking number. They company does it to gain time because by law a client has 60 days to dispute a transaction with a bank or credit card company. So this fake company try to push the date as much as possible because they know that after 60 days they can keep the money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! they are a SCAM.

  • Yes, Yes, Yes, I stopped my VISA card after 2 weeks. My experience was identical to yours. We need a class action against this company. This is based in Toronto, Canada. Where is their law enforcement? Good luck everyone.
