They called and convinced my wife that they would be giving a 6.4 cent rate. She thought it was a fixed rate and thought it was represented as such. Then we called to cancel which did not happen, so we wound up paying these higher variable rates up almost 18 cents. When we called to verify they had only the confirmation recorded. Not any of the sales pitch before or the questions afterward (or at least they represented they did not have it when I followed up) Also the call we made to cancel the first time, they had no record.
