They auto-renewed my subscription even though I explicitly said no more renewals. It is now May 24, 2013 and I have been told for over 5 months now that a refund is pending. They have stopped answering emails and no longer provide phone numbers. They are scammers. Them telling me a refund will be issued in 30 days prevented me from filing a complaint with my credit card company so I have to find alternative ways to get money back from these idiots.
