I was contacted and told I was approved for a loan of 1500. I was told I needed to purchase a Vanilla Reload Network card for 150. I purchased it, called and gave them the PIN number they said the loan would be in my account within 2 hours. I received a call back stating that the loan had been released by their company but was blocked by the 'credit bureau' because my credit score had been subpar for so many years. They told me the only way to release the loan was to purchase another $150 card. I told them I didn't have it all I had was $120, and spoke to 2 different people who both stated that the company would apply a $30 credit and the loan would be released. After purchasing the card for $120 and again calling and giving them the pin, they told me I would be getting a call from the credit bureau within the hour. The 'credit bureau' called back (from the same number) and said that the $120 would not be sufficient to release my loan, denied knowledge of anyone stating that they would apply $30 credit, and told me only way to release the loan would be to get another $35 card. Was informed that if I did not purchase another card that my $270 would not be refunded. All employees spoke very bad English, was hung up on several times, and spoke to two different employees who claimed to be named "Bryan O'Conor", and was called a "(Inappropriate Content Removed) idiot" by one of them. Numbers were 3127889156, 3059182267, and 3475416212(believed to be Bryan O'Conor's personal line.
