I thought this was the official USPS change of address website that costs $1.00. I just found the $19.95 charge on my card. I saw no area on this website where I was going to be charged $19.95. When I called 937-654-9093 to dispute the charge I got a woman's voice and then a message saying the mailbox can not accept anymore messages and it hung up on me.
