I MADE A RESERVATION ON LINE TO RENT A CAR FRON HOTWIRE IN ADVANCE SO WHEN I PICKED THE CAR FROM ALAMO THEY DENIED IT TO ME BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE MAYOR CREDIT CAR, AT THE SAME TIME HOTWIRE ORDER AN IN SURANCE FOR THE RENTAL,I CALLED HOTWIRE TO COMPLAINT THE FIRST TIME,
AND I HAD NO PROBLEM THEY REFUNDED TO ME $ 71.64 EXCEPT $ 27.00 THAT THEY CHARGED FOR INSURANCE, SO COUPLE WEEKS LATER Y NEED TO RENT A CAR AGAIN 4/15/13, THIS TIME THEY RESERVED WITH ENTERPRISE, BUT HAPPEN THE SAME THING, THIS TIME THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY
$ 98.61 PLUS $ 27.00 FOR INSURANCE, I FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD RESERVED WITH A CO. THAT ACCEPT DEBIT CARD, LIKE HERTZ NEXT TO THEM THEY ACCEPT DEBIT CARD, BECAUSE I RENTED FROM THEM BEFORE, BUT I DONT LIKE TO GO THE LAST MINUTE.TRANSACT. REF. NUMBER IS 4081330788
