I called Apple Support and ended up with this company. They referred me to Tech support where they told me my Applecare expired and did I want to renew it. All the time I thought I was speaking with an Apple Company employee. They then said I needed anti virus software which they charged me $59.99. I am going to take my computer into ther apple store and have them take that off. They also wanted me to purchase a 1TB Portable Hard Drive and still thinking I was speaking to Apple I said OK since they were giving me a rebate on this. As it turns out they were not easy to deal with when tried to cxl. They have since said they canceled the Hard drive and credited my account in the amount of $149.99 and canceled the support they charged me for in the amount of $249.99 and only charged me $50.00 for the help and credited me $199.99. I told them I would pay for the anti virus software in the amount of $59.99, but will have Apple take off my computer.
