I paid for insurance from 1/1/2013 to 1/31/2013 they only provided coverage from 1/10/2013 till end of month. when I ask for a return on a over payment of a copay which was on 1/9/2013 they refuse. so before I dropped them and filed a S.S. compliant against them I with held my 70.00 over payment for the copay in january out of last months bill to them. they owed me. now they bill me again for it.
