I bought a family plan from MetroPcs on September 28,2011 for $295.00. They only activated my two phones and when i came home they did not work. Both phones were not able to make or receive calls in my area, because there was no service. On September 29 i returned to MetroPcs with the phones explaining what happened. They said they activated the phone again, but once again when i arrived home both cell phones were not able to make or receive calls. The same day i went back saying that i did not want the phones because the phones would not work in my area. They told me the manager wasn't there and told me to return October 3, 2011 to speak with the manager because they didn't want to take the phones back. On October 3 i returned to MetroPcs to talk to the manager and he told me that he was going to give me only 35% of the total i had paid for the phones, which wasn't included in the contract. In the contract it states"The phone must be returned within 7 days of purchase with less than one hour of talk time for a full refund." On October 4, i returned with the phone and the manager gave me $192.00. He took the $103.00 for the minutes used for the activation of the phones. I then told him that i am not ready to lose my money he took and i was going to file a complaint. I went to the manager office of the mall in Trumbull Westfield Shopping Center and they called the manager of MetroPcs and they gave the manager office the same answer he gave me. The manager office told me to file a complaint to the Trumbull police. That's why i am asking you to please help me to receive the total amount i had paid for and try to prevent MetroPcs from stealing their customers money.
