I bought my Samsung Galaxy 3 at metro PC's in May of this year and in June I wanted to switch over to T Mobile and was told I couldn't use my phone. I called Metropcs for an unlock code and they told me since the new phone hasn't been on my account for a year I couldn't get One. I have been with Metropcs PC's for 4 Yeats and punched several outrageously priced phones and I was livid at their response. I said what difference does it make I paid for this phone full Price, I am Not on a contract! The Rep repeated the same babble, and I hung up. Went to T-Mobile anyway and had to sell them my phone at a lesser Price for a T-Mobile Samsung 3.Crazy.
