I ordered last March 14, 2013 with order # 3225848. After waiting for 15 business days, my order didn't arrive. I'm trying to contact them ever since but customer service is always busy and they don't have email address to be contacted. Because of this I requested to reship my order and they reship it dated April 23, 2013 with order invoice no. 3246902. I waited again for 15 business days and until now it is not yet delivered. I've been trying to email them in [email protected], [email protected] & [email protected] but my email bounced back. I called them so many times but all customers service are busy to answer my call. Hope you could help me to track where's my order exactly because there's no tracking # available on the website, only status that it was shipped.
