i orderd a trail kit from dead sea trail kit for the sum of £4.95on 22/4/13 ithen took a closer look at this trail kit ,it said it was only for fouteen days and then they had the right to take the £97.00.Ie-mailed them sraight away asking for a british address to send it back to ,they e-mailed me back saying there was 30 days before they took any money out, and my account was closed and they would call off the autorefill.Ithen sent them another e-mail asking for an address to send it back to then i looked at my bank account on05/8/13 and they had took out the £97.00 out of my accout without my authorisation.so i e-mailed them again complaing that they had taken the money and had not sent the address to send it back to .They told me to go to section 7 of their terms and conditions and there low and behold was there Isreal address.the order id is mdnk 3uxq 26606759834it took them so long to answer my last e-mail that the end of the trail is 05/22/13 so it does not give me plenty of time to send it back to Isreal before they can refuse to give me my money back before the thirty days is up.
