iI like the other peple o here with complaints have had the same happen to myself,i recieved the first kit which was on offer,then today i have found out that 55 pounds was taken out of my account for another set,which i never ordrered,the trial kit made my whole face and neck come out in a rash and was swollen,if my money is not refunded immediately,i will be going to a solicitor,This seems to be One Big Con,Lynne smith
