3 seperate individuals have now contacted me saying I have been randomly selected to receive anywhere from $9,000 - $15,000 in free grant money from the government. Each time I listen and they ask for either bank acct#, credit card#, or to go to Western Union and pay a refundable $310 for the money transfer. When I tell them I will not pay them anything but would be more than willing for them to give me free money and they can just deduct the fee out of the award they get very upset and defensive. They have no "sales" skills for sure and if questioned they let their temper show. One man even got very sexually explicit and profain with me. All the numbers are 202 area code. I have the last 2 numbers of 202-738-1853 and 202-907-8527. All individuals have an accent. Not to offend anyone but sounds like from India maybe? They have all the info about me when they call - name, address, phone number, etc. But anyone anymore can get that info anymore I think. Its unfortunate that someone can't track them down and prosecute them for these scams and harassing behaviors. I told my local police one time a couple years ago and they said there is nothing they can do becuase they are using cell phones they just get rid of or something like that. If anyone does find someway to get these people please post!
